Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To view, change or cancel a plan: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or use this direct link. Cancelling there stops all future charges immediately; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you believe the charge was a mistake, email us and we will help you appeal.
New device, or reinstalled the app? Open Kyma and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen, signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Kyma can read Heart Rate Variability from Apple Health if you grant permission, and this requires an Apple Watch — iPhone has no HRV sensor. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Kyma. Revoking it does not affect audio playback.
Binaural tracks need stereo separation to work — use headphones or earbuds. Other frequency types play correctly on speakers.
